Returns & Exchanges

Stüssy offers returns on all full-priced products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided items are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and sale items may be considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the provided return packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
